Terms of use

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the app. The app is licensed, not sold; all rights stay with us.

The app is for users aged 13 and over. If the law where you live sets a higher age and you are under it, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Your account

You can play as a guest or with your Apple or Google account. Guest progress belongs only to that guest account until you sign in. If you delete the app, sign out or change phones while playing as a guest, we may not be able to bring your progress back, so we recommend signing in with Apple or Google from Profile.

When you sign in with Apple or Google, that service’s own terms also apply. We are not responsible for outages or restrictions on those accounts.

Your username must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone’s rights.

You can delete your account from Profile at any time.

What you must not do

Cheat, exploit bugs or loopholes for an unfair advantage, or use bots, scripts or other automated tools with the app.

Reverse engineer or modify the app, or try to get around its security measures (except where the law allows it).

Interact with ads fraudulently or abuse the reward system; sell, rent or transfer accounts.

Try to disrupt the app or our servers, or misuse our support channels.

Coins and purchases

Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-money value; they can’t be cashed out or moved to another account.

Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Refund requests are handled under the store’s rules.

We may remove coins or progress gained through cheating, exploits or other unauthorised means.

Ads and other services

Players without the full version see a full-screen ad after every second puzzle, once the puzzle is over. The full version has no such ads.

Watching rewarded ads to earn coins is optional for everyone. A daily limit on ad rewards applies.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and payments and sign-in by Apple and Google. These services follow their own terms and privacy policies; their content and outages are outside our control.

Intellectual property

The app’s design, code, logo, puzzles and text are ours or licensed to us and may not be copied, changed or distributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide the app “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will run without interruption or errors, and definitions or translations may contain mistakes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law, including those under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and delete your account from Profile.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we suspect cheating or abuse, or if the law requires it, we may restrict, suspend or delete your account. You can appeal these decisions by email.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms, or end the service when needed. We will announce important changes in advance in the app or on our website. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably by email; your statutory rights as a consumer to take a complaint further are not affected.
